John H. Schmidt
1947-2023
John practiced law in Springfield, Missouri since 1975. In 1979, he formed the law firm of John H. Schmidt, P.C., now known as Schmidt, Kirby & Sullivan, P.C.
His practice areas included estate planning, probate and trust administration, business organizations, real estate, and contracts and transactional law.
In April of 2023, John lost his battle with cancer, but will always be remembered in the hearts of his family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
